Thank you for choosing Loom Crystal. Whether you are ordering bulk crystal strands for your next project or a unique artisan piece for your collection, we are committed to ensuring your gemstones arrive safely and securely.
Please review our shipping policies below:
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected, securely packed, and processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note: For large wholesale orders or custom artisan jewelry, processing may take the full 5 days to ensure the highest quality control.

You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
2. Standard Shipping

Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, our standard international shipping typically takes 12 to 14 business days to arrive at your destination.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (3-5 days) + Shipping Time (12-14 days).
3. Expedited Shipping (DHL, UPS, FedEx)

If you need your crystals urgently, we offer expedited shipping options via premium carriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

Important: Expedited shipping costs are significantly higher based on the weight of the package (especially for heavy crystal specimens and bulk strands).

How to Upgrade: To choose expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team at support@loomcrystal.com before placing your order, or immediately after. We will calculate the exact expedited shipping fee based on your cart and send you an invoice for the difference.
4. Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier's system.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Loom Crystal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Especially for wholesale buyers, please be aware of your local import regulations for natural stone products.
6. Damages and Issues We pack our crystals with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@loomcrystal.com with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition and the packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
